Cassandra took care of me because Carlos was at lunch when I arrived early for my appointment. She handled the intake efficiently and I was on my way to lunch with a friend while my car was being service when I arrived early for my appointment. On another note, my friend came to meet me at the dealership. She walked through the showroom and not one person approached her. She happens to be in the market for a new car and would have welcomed an opportunity to check out Hyundai vehicles, knowing how satisfied I was with my car and the dealership. I don't know if the fact that she's a Black woman had anything to do with it, but this was a lost opportunity for your sales staff. More
