I have had my Genesis serviced here for several years. Today is the end. I needed a new battery - the very surly and stunningly rude service person told me that I should have made an appointment! Did I know that the battery would fail today? The young man, with whom I spoke when I drove in, relayed the problem to the manager, he returned to tell me that someone would come to talk to me. I wish I knew his name - the only bright spot in my visit. More
