Perfect experience When I came into Keyes Hyundai to look at a Sonata I had no intention on buying a Sonata, nor any intention on buying from Keyes. I was just in the ne When I came into Keyes Hyundai to look at a Sonata I had no intention on buying a Sonata, nor any intention on buying from Keyes. I was just in the neighborhood, I live in Hermosa. But when Miles approached me and didn't put the pressure most salesman put, and took his time and told me a lot I didn't know about Hyundai, I was sold!!! Him and the whole sales staff at Keyes Hyundai were respectful, courteous and made the decision to get a Sonata an extremely easy one. I will be recommending some of my co workers and friends to Miles and Keyes Hyundai!! I really appreciate everything. More

Overall Good with a Little Bump My overall experience at this dealership was above average, mostly due to Jason's practical, prompt and attentive manner of selling me a car. My expe My overall experience at this dealership was above average, mostly due to Jason's practical, prompt and attentive manner of selling me a car. My experience with the service department was above average in that the mechanic and service person were consistent with their estimated service time and were not aggressive. I felt they listened to my needs and addressed them. However, there was a discrepancy between the reception's and service department's information when I called to try to make an appointment. While the receptionist invited me to drop in, with no need to make an appointment because "they weren't busy," I found myself waiting and being told by the service dept. I should have made an appointment because there was a long wait. I felt deceived. But once the car was in repair and I proceeded to trade it in early (upon a salesperson's recommendation) for a new lease, things moved more smoothly and quickly. Ultimately, the experience turned out good. More
