I have been coming to this establishment for several years now, because it's the closest to me as I live in Santa Monica. I cannot possibly find the adjectives to accurately describe just how poorly thi years now, because it's the closest to me as I live in Santa Monica. I cannot possibly find the adjectives to accurately describe just how poorly this place is run. No one is happy there. No one wants to help. Everyone just wants to move on and isn't interested in helping. They don't understand Hyundai's own protection plans that cover basic maintenance and ALWAYS try to invoice for covered services. They are slow, incompetent and outright rude. Willie is the best they have, and I know he's just doing the best he can. John Shaw just doesn't care because they've overloaded him with so much. Clients are all complaining amongst themselves in the waiting area EVERYTIME I go there, so I know it's not just me. Take ALL your business to South Bay Hyundai - a completely 180 degree pivot. They actually care and we're professional/courteous from beginning to end. Bye bye Keyes (or Lithia, whatever conglomerate you guys are owned by). More
We've always been a Toyota and Subaru family until we got a 2020 Ioniq PEV and EV. Cars are great except with issues with the 12v battery. Took it to another local Hyundai service facility and they said it a 2020 Ioniq PEV and EV. Cars are great except with issues with the 12v battery. Took it to another local Hyundai service facility and they said it was fine.. hurried us out of there. We were tired of constantly having a dead battery and looking forward to returning our EV in a few months. John Shaw was professional, attentive, realistic, and thorough. He was able to take care of our problem and we decided to keep this car. We'll be asking for only him for future service visits. More
