Impeccable service I got off work early on Friday and decided to go get my first oil change on my new Hyundai. I called Keyes on my way over there and they were able to I got off work early on Friday and decided to go get my first oil change on my new Hyundai. I called Keyes on my way over there and they were able to give me an appointment within 20 mins of my call, which would be just as I arrived. Everyone in the service area was very nice and helpful. My service advisor, Kevin, took great care of me and had me in and out of there. I got my oil changed and a complimentary car wash unless than 2 hours and was able to get work done in the waiting area while the staff took care of my car. I'll definitely be going back there for my next oil change. More

I felt that finance rushed me through my options and was not very thorough on what the different options were. The main thing I was unhappy with was I was registered/set up for a variety of features I did not agree to. All of these features were free or at least temporarily free (trial memberships) however I was just not comfortable that I was registered for these without my agreement/permission. I was bombarded with emails for a variety of services that I personally did not sign up for. Had this last piece not happened I would have overall been very satisfied with my experience. More
