Great on arrival date of service! Not so good the day before The day before I came in for my appointment, I tried calling to get a price for my upcoming 7500 mile service! After hearing the "this call will be r The day before I came in for my appointment, I tried calling to get a price for my upcoming 7500 mile service! After hearing the "this call will be recorded...then 1 ring...then "this call will be recorded"...then 1 more ring....for about 7 times!!!????? someone finally picked up the phone. I asked them how much the 7500 mile service would be....i was put on hold and transferred to a voicemail?? I hit the Zero to go back to the operator where again all the recording messages and rings until someone again picked up and I asked them how much the service would be??? Was put on hold again and transferred to someone's voicemail. Hit zero AGAIN...went through another recording and ringing 7 or 8 times and I hung up. I called back to the delight of the recording message and rings again about 7 or 8 times...when someone finally picked up...I said please do NOT transfer me to a voicemail...if someone can call me back with the price so I can set or NOT set an appointment. After that everything was GREAT until I got to my appointment. I was quoted on the phone that my service had oil and filter change, tire rotation, checking fluids and hoses, and comp car wash for $66.99! I booked the appointment for the following day. When I arrived I was greeted nicely and was told Mike would handle my service for the day. Mike came out a few minutes later and I explained I was here for my appointment 7500 service. We walked into the little office in the service center where Mike says that the tire rotation was an extra charge. I told him what I was quoted (66.99 including tire rotation) but he said the tire rotation was $39.99 extra. When I told him to cancel my appointment and I would go to pep boys to have it done for $75 ($95 less $20 coupon), Mike was nice enough to COMP the additional charge and we went ahead with the appointment. Mike was very professional and handled my situation nicely!! Thank you Mike for the excellent service. I was quoted about 1 1/2 hours for the service and it took just about that long until my car was ready to go. Terrible start but a nice ending! Thanks again Mike! More
