Service department took 4hrs to do a simple oil and tire rotation. Ridiculous! This isn't the first time for same service to extend past 3hrs. The amount of vehicles coming in for service needs me nervous. I had a 9:30 am appointment and didn't get out of the car until 11:00 am. I was told it wouldn't be done until 3 pm.
