From the meet and greet through the test drive to the mutual agreement of terms and finally delivery the process was flawless. They seemed like a group of people that really enjoyed what they ere doing and it showed in their performance. I purchased a pre owned 2015 - 3700 mile mustang GT that had been purchased there originally and it is a beauty. I would highly recommend that you visit Key Scales if you ate in the market for a car. Easy transaction start to finish Cathy "Cat" Langbehn went above and beyond locating the exact 2015 Mustang I wanted. Once we found my exact car the negotiations took less than 20 min Cathy "Cat" Langbehn went above and beyond locating the exact 2015 Mustang I wanted. Once we found my exact car the negotiations took less than 20 minutes to iron out. Cat kept me the loop as to when my car would arrive at the dealership and even stayed late "just in case it showed up" after normal business hours since I had asked her to snap a pic and text it to me so I could have my Mustang "fix" until this morning when I took delivery. Cat is a true car "lady" and really enjoys doing her job. I've been around cars my entire life and have bought several new vehicles and I must say she knows how to treat a car guy right! Very honest. Very professional. Straight forward. The finance manager, Dan made the closing as simple as I have ever experienced. He didn't try to sell me anything "extra" that I didn't want. He offered all the normal add on contracts however on this car I don't intend on using it daily so I felt it was safe to decline the extra contracts he offered. Dan understood my intentions and swiftly got my finance contract completed and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. More

wait too long to close deal When you are paying cash for a car you should not have to wait more that 2 hours to finalize the deal on a car. There were several excuses for this w When you are paying cash for a car you should not have to wait more that 2 hours to finalize the deal on a car. There were several excuses for this wait, however I did not feel were valid. The salesman we were working with was very good I have no problem with him, just the ordeal of having to wait so long. I finally told the salesman that I would only wait 10 more minutes then I would be leaving and they finally got our papers ready. It is sad that you have to threaten them to get some action. I had a bad experience with a Ford dealer several years ago and said I would never go to one again, however I was driving my Mother to get a car so I had no choice. Guess what I won't be buying a Ford if this is the way the do business. More
