We went into Key Scales with no intention of buying a car just to look to see what was available. Artie showed us a few cars in the Escape line and let us test drive the car. We sat down with him and he came up with a number which was not to our liking so we had to negotiate with him to come closer to our numbers. Well Artie came thru and we ended up buying the car (White) which we are very happy with. This dealership is very professional and the personal are very friendly especially Diane and Ricky of course Artie and also Jim Roberts who handled all the final paperwork.I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion here and I would come back again in the future.
