This time I needed the right truck to haul a 5th Wheel camper weighing about 9,0 I have been a Ford guy for many years. But my needs change over time. This time I needed the right truck to haul a 5th Wheel camper weighing about 9,000 lbs. My wife and I met Brandon Casper in the truck lot one afternoon and he answered a ton of questions (correctly I might add) and put no pressure on us to buy. We liked his approach but were not ready to buy that day. A few weeks later we were ready and so we met back with Brandon. He did not have exactly what we were looking for in stock so we built one on the computer to find a match near by. We found 99% of what we were looking for. Next came the price. After a short while we were able to get a fair trade value and a fair purchase price. The truck has performed as advertised and we love the comfort and gas mileage too! Brandon went the distance to make sure we were happy in our purchase. Since we are not a Florida resident we loved the service you provided of registering it in our home state. After a few visits with Brandon we felt like he was a friend not a salesman. More

My experience with advisor Jessie has been exceptional. Where the problem was big or small, Jessie handles it with professionalism and sensitivity. The customer may not know much but she doesn't speak down to them. The service results are always satisfactory. If you come back because there is a problem, she immediately gets you scheduled to resolve it. She is a real asset to the dealership. More
