Very good experience overall Went to Key Scales Ford to look at cars and ended up buying a used Toyota Avalon from Rich. We had an appointment with Blake Kelly. Blake was very professional and we first discussed our interest with him. My wife really liked the fact that Blake was interested in her interest as well as mine. He talked to the two of us and not just to me. We were not going to buy on this date and were just gathering ideas as to the vehicle we might buy. We advised Blake of a payment range we were interested paying.
