Good morning, this is Marie Forbes. I spoke with the service manager who said he spoke with you prior and worked out the bulb charge by giving you a free oil change. I want to address the comment regarding your statement of missing money. Our technicians are good, honest folks who are paid fairly on salary. They all love working here and would never jeopardize their job or their reputation by stealing.
