The service was easy to schedule on line and change when I had an unexpected conflict. I received a call when my vehicle was ready and pick up was easy. My only suggestion is to have a motion light near the key drop off box. I had to drop off very early and it was dark and no lights out there, which was a bit of a challenge. I appreciate being energy efficient but a small light could help to avoid falls, etc. More

Had a truly amazing, easy and enjoyable experience this time at Rockland ( Key ) Ford. Ryan worked with me and actually listened to my needs, making me feel comfortable and appreciated. I had the best experience of my life! I had found out about a 2018 ford escape. Milage very low, not to old. I had talked to a person through email. NO PRESSURE! When I arrived I was assigned to Ryan. Nicest easy going person ever. Not once did I feel pushed, pressured or harrased, which 4 other dealerships made me feel. As in calling and texting multiple times a day. NOT with Key Ford in Rockland! I felt like I was home. My husband will need a new car soon. We will both drive from Carmel to Rockland to deal with Key Ford! More
