We were sweating and blinded by the sun coming through the wall of windows as we sat over the course of 6+ hours doing business. 2) With spending $40,000 on a new vehicle it'd be nice to have some complimentary water available. 3)My husband was texting with someone for days before we arrived for our appointment. We were under the impression that's who we were meeting. However, when we arrived the woman said we weren't talking to her and didn't know we were coming and was unaware of several things we had discussed over the course of those days. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating. More

Jesse called and made threats about what he thought was an unpaid bill when in fact it had been paid directly. If he had actually looked into it and did a little research, he would see the bill was in fact an unpaid bill when in fact it had been paid directly. An hour and a 1/2 for a oil change and an inspection, which my vehicle failed and the prior oil change. When I was there, my car was absolutely fine.But suddenly now it's not.
