I would only recommend this dealership if I was sure they would be working with Nicole or Emily. Prior to these two people I had nothing but trouble and was treated terrible because I am female. I have no respect for Brett, as he picked the day and time for my husband and myself to meet with him and he did not even bother to show up. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. I know Nicole did not like being sidelined by Brett not showing up that day. Nicole and Emily know what it takes to get the job done and keep in consist communication with the customer. They are both keepers. I certainly appreciated Nicole's level of customer service. The communication only improved after Nicole arrived at the department. worst experience of my life buying a car! They knew I was coming and didn’t even even have it out of the snowbank because they couldn’t find the keys. After three days, I called the dealership and spoke with the general manager, who Made me feel like it was my problem. They didn’t even change the windshield wipers They were so bad they left an obstruction in my vision through the windshield. not even a week later, the exhaust system fell off the bottom of the car. The brakes were squeaky! I will never buy another car from key of white river junction and I will never send any people that I like there to buy cars either More
