I would only recommend this dealership if I was sure they would be working with Nicole or Emily. Prior to these two people I had nothing but trouble and was treated terrible because I am female. I had to b would be working with Nicole or Emily. Prior to these two people I had nothing but trouble and was treated terrible because I am female. I had to bring my husband in to get that issue addressed. Nicole is a keeper and I would work with her anytime. She understood my level of frustration after trying for 5 months to get the damage done by your mechanic repaired. I have no respect for Brett, as he picked the day and time for my husband and myself to meet with him and he did not even bother to show up. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. I know Nicole did not like being sidelined by Brett not showing up that day. Nicole and Emily know what it takes to get the job done and keep in consist communication with the customer. They are both keepers. I certainly appreciated Nicole's level of customer service. The communication only improved after Nicole arrived at the department. The level prior to her arrival was absolutely awful. More

worst experience of my life buying a car! They knew I was coming and didn’t even even have it out of the snowbank because they couldn’t find the keys. When I left after being disappointed about not being able to drive the car that I wanted, nobody even ever called to follow up with with me. After three days, I called the dealership and spoke with the general manager, who Made me feel like it was my problem. They didn’t even change the windshield wipers They were so bad they left an obstruction in my vision through the windshield. not even a week later, the exhaust system fell off the bottom of the car. The brakes were squeaky! I will never buy another car from key of white river junction and I will never send any people that I like there to buy cars either More

Terrible customer service and poor communication. My truck was there for 3 days and I never received an estimate of the work they were performing. When I called and asked for an estimate to be emaile My truck was there for 3 days and I never received an estimate of the work they were performing. When I called and asked for an estimate to be emailed to me I was told they didn’t have an estimate to provide me. However, they had already ordered parts and gave me an obnoxious quote over the phone. During the 3 days that my truck was there I talked to Nicole Ferland, the ASSistant service manager numerous times and she could never tell me what the actual problem was with my truck. Finally when I did pick up my truck I was shocked to find on my invoice that the cause of my problem was from mice! Never once did Nicole mention to me on the phone that mice nested under my hood and caused the alleged problem. I feel that the “7 hours diagnostic labor” I was charged my have been stretched further than what they claim it actually took them especially since the actual repair when the parts arrived took them less than 30 minutes. I will not return to this business for service again. More
