My governing police with respect to car care is SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! Very responsive, very polite... I drove into the Service Center with my newly acquired Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee which I purchased IS EVERYTHING! Very responsive, very polite... I drove into the Service Center with my newly acquired Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee which I purchased elsewhere in a different State... after seeing an unexpected check engine warning on the dashboard. Diesel engines are better attended by someone already knowledgeable of them, and fortunately, there is a resident Diesel expert on the Key Jeep staff. I left my Jeep in good hands and afterwards I was later advised on how to avoid the misstep that possibly triggered the dashboard alert. Everyone from the Service person who first fielded my call (Jason), to the Diesel resident expert (Scott), and even the staff member who respectfully picked me up at my home when the vehicle was ready (Dale) All were top notch. TNX By the way, the Key Jeep Service personnel gave a thorough check of the vehicle and even activated my Sirius Radio service. More

The oil life status gauge was not reset, which makes me think maybe the oil was not changed even though I was charged for an oil change. More
