We had an excellent experience with Key! Felicia was an excellent salesperson, and she, along with the finance team, got us through so fast! I reached out to Felicia, and I brought it in the next day they were open. They fixed the issue and also took care of a recall we didn’t even know that it had! I’m very pleased with Key, and I will definitely do business with them again! More

Vehicle returned without bleeding air from hydraulic lines (clutch). Stranded for second time in a week as a result of service issue originating from clutch recall work. At this point we have haven’t been able to use our recently purchased Ford Explorer much due to electrical issues. Key passed us on to the local Ford dealership and now they’ve have the vehicle for a recently purchased Ford Explorer much due to electrical issues. Key passed us on to the local Ford dealership and now they’ve have the vehicle for a week and counting. Pleased, no. One of the issues is that the high beams don’t work. However the car had a new inspection on it. Suspicious as that’s a VT inspection requirement. I won’t recommend Key and it’s unlikely we’ll use them again for our personal vehicles or business. More
