This dealership definitely tries to make the work and hassle of buying a car, easy. They are very accommodating and are willing to work with you so you leave with a vehicle you love. The only reason it’s getting four stars is because it was my first time buying a car from a dealership and there was definitely an overwhelmingly sense of moving fast to get the sale made. Josh was excellent and very knowledgeable of all vehicles. Gunnar was also great and made the boring paperwork part a breeze. More

Reneged on the promises made to us when it came time to make the final purchase on a new RDX / Bait and Switch on our trade in. Very disappointing experience after investing a lot of my own personal hours make the final purchase on a new RDX / Bait and Switch on our trade in. Very disappointing experience after investing a lot of my own personal hours, as I trusted their team. Will not do business with this dealership in the future and would not recommend. Spent many hours working with Sales rep and a manager, and took a half day off to drive in and get an estimate on my trade in. What they offered as $4,000 trade in became $2,800 three weeks later (with various excuses as to why) when my White RDX was delivered and ready for purchase. The $1,200 may not be much on the scheme of things, but not trustworthy business ethics. Very unfortunate as I’m a very trustworthy, loyal customer. More
I recently traded in my 2020 Honda Accord for a brand new 2021 Acura TLX. The staff at Key Acura were AMAZING. They helped me get the car that I wanted without the added pressure. If you live in Mass there might be a little bit of a wait with registration but they keep you updated every step of the way! More
Was told I had to select a specific car in order for them to write a trade appraisal. Then, when attempting to buy the same car I selected for trade appraisal, the trade value was reduced by $800. What caused the $800 change? Did they think I wouldn’t notice? Did the sales manager realize she’d made a mistake. Not sure! But I do know this Bait and Switch caused me to lose all trust for them and I left the dealership immediately. More
