My wife and I went to Boardwalk Acura because we were interested in one of two certified pre-owned TSXs listed online. We met with Don Hamilton who was very friendly and professional. Upon negotiating a deal to purchase one of the TSXs, we also met with Bill Becker. Bill was also very friendly, patient and professional. Bill took the time to understand the financial parameters my wife and I had to work with in order to purchase the car. Bill then worked very hard to get the deal done. We drove away that day with a beatiful car at a very reasonable and fair price. Exactly 10 days later I was rear-ended and my TSX was deemed a total loss. It was at that time that I knew we received a reasonable deal from Don and Bill because my TSX was valued within $100 of what we paid for it. Based on our first experience at Boardwalk Acura, there was no question where we were going to go buy another car. We went right back to meet with Don and Bill again. Don and Bill were able to work out another great deal that enabled us to purchase the other TSX. There is no better example of the kind of fair and professional service that you will receive when buying a car at Boardwalk Acura. More

I thought we received a fair price and trade in allowance. Both the sales person (Stephan) and the manager were positive, helpful and patient in dealing with us and giving us road tests of both th allowance. I thought they went out of their way to locate the car with the color scheme we wanted. However, the process required to say a few nice things about the dealership is way too cumbersome. More

I would highly recommend Bill and Boardwalk Acura. The whole process was straightforward and they never promised anything they could not deliver. To us, 40 thousand is still a big number. We wanted to be very sure that we were making an informed purchase and threw a ton of questions at Bill about the car, the warranty, different packages, etc. He never made us seem like we were wasting his time and always gave us his full attention. Since I had narrowed down my list of "wants and needs" I was able to ask for what I wanted without a lot of indirect quesswork. My sales person listened carefully and with the help of her manager, was able to show me with a product I was thinking about. I have purchased 3 Acura vehicles from this dealer over the years. When I came back to Boardwalk Acura I planned to trade in my 2002RL, the last vehicle I had purchased from this dealer. Both Bill Shoemaker and Bill Becker were more than willing to spend the time and the effort to make the trade in possible so that I could drive away the same day with a new 2010MDX! The quality and ride of an Acura has yet to be surpassed by any other make and model vehicle I have ridden over the years and that is why I had to replace my RL with another Acura vehicle. I test drove Lexus and Toyota and neither came close to the smooth solid ride of the Acura. But above all both Bill Shoemaker and Bill Becker sealed the deal by making my visit to Boardwalk Acura as smooth and solid as the product itself! Without them I would have kept my RL and walked away and waited before making such a purchase! More
Visited Boardwalk Acura six months ago at the beginning of my car search, looked drove over 8 diferent vechiles and 3 brands, many at other Acura dealers, got what I thought was the best price and car (RDX of my car search, looked drove over 8 diferent vechiles and 3 brands, many at other Acura dealers, got what I thought was the best price and car (RDX) for what I was looking for but with extra fees at another dealer in Flordia. Went back wrote both Bill's told them the price that I would buy from them if they could find the car with color I wanted for that price no extra fees, just tax and state documentation. They delivered in a friendly, professional manner, in my opinion the best dealer expereince I had. I will recommend them to everyone who is in teh market for an Acura. More
