David Reyes the sales rep was great! Really help you get a vehicle. Even though I couldn’t make it on certain days he still reached out. Not harassing but showed he cared. He showed interest in making me happy. Then when I finally made it in the other personnel staff was also great. Helped me to get into my beautiful 2022 Acura RDX! They took my car to a third party without my authorization for an oil change / tire rotation & then they tried to charge me twice for their fees along with the third party fees! I never had this issue when it was “Boardwalk Acura”

Generally I receive excellent service at this dealer. This time though, I feel the need to share my less than excellent experience. The car was ready in a timely manner and I picked it up at the end of the day. The service rep said one issue was covered under warranty but the oil and filter changes would be $250.00 (about). I said I wasn’t expecting that and that I had a maintenance agreement. He asked if I had a coupon and I said maybe at home but I didn’t think I’d need it. Anyway they always expire before I actually need them. I handed him my credit card but continued to press the issue about the maintenance agreement and asked if he could check if was 3 years or 5 years (my car was a 2021). Reluctantly he checked and said “oh you do have one and there is no charge.” He didnt apologize for the oversight and if I hadn’t pushed the issue I would have paid the bill. I didn’t say anything more but it did bother me, especially when the receipt had wording about excellent customer service. I know What that looks like since I worked in a service industry for over 40 years. I personally don’t expect anything from this experience, I just think that part of service recovery is transparency and apology.

Just great service. Everyone working there was very. Guy at service desk went out of his way to help. Would definitely consider buying there
