We bought the first MDX in 2004 from Sussman, we have serviced our car and Wynn Keller is the service manager. Over the years his professionalism and courteous service are always given. Therefore, we purchase a used MDX thru salesman JP Antoine and when we experienced a problem with the car due to a problem with the timing belt originally by the factory. Wynn,J.P. and the Lead mechanic,(I can't remember his name but his help was invaluable)brought the car in and patiently diagnosed the problem. It was tricky because the squeal would not present itself anytime I brought the car in. We are extremely happy with the car not have not had any problems since. Hats off to your staff in helping my wife and I as we will remain loyal customers to professional staff. More

Since the dealership close at 5pm, I called ahead and asked for them to take the car to have a pre-purchase inspection. They said it was no problem so I provided my card information and it was inspected as I drove there. I arrived at 4pm and everything checked out so I wanted to buy it. We quickly agreed on a price that was affordable for me, and then quickly did the paperwork. I even received the title immediately after the transaction when normally you have to wait a few weeks. None of the employees gave me problems because they were all so kind. More

We purchased a 2008 Acura RDX with 27,000 miles on it and it is in pristine condition! We had a great, no pressure, friendly experience here! We stopped in at Boardwalk Acura after being at another high pressure dealership, haggling for 3 hours...We explained this to Bobby Corcione as soon as we arrived and he completely understood where we were coming from. We knew right away the 2 vehicles we were interested in and were honest about where we wanted to be with our monthly payment and money down. Dean, the General Sales MGR got us right where we wanted to be without the ridiculous back and forth that I have always found to be a bit weird when buying a car. Bobby is a great person to deal with and the next day when we picked up the car, Phil, the business manager sealed the great experience. He was very personable and again, no pressure when explaining any additional options. We are happy to have the piece of mind of owning an Acura. We also own a 1996 Acura Integra with 170,000 miles and we are never getting rid of it. These cars last forever and hold their value. Thank you. More
I was in the car market for several months testing driving everything from a BMW, Lexus, Infiniti, etc. Traveling several miles at one point only to return empty handed. With my mind set and having the love of the Acura TL I've decided to look online to see where my best deal would be. Of course it was at Boardwalk Acura. The car buying experience was not at all the greatest for me prior to going to Boardwalk Acura as I had sales people lie to me, not willing to make a sale or even take me serious for that matter. However, Joanne McCarthy, made the car buying experience such a pleasure. Residing in another state where there was over 80 miles of travel and unable to really see her face to face we communicated constantly by email, phone and even fax. Upon hours of travel and reaching the dealership the staff was above friendly and the customer service was superior. I can't put into words how pleased I was with the experience I had at Boardwalk Acura. Joanne was great...I can't say it enough. Even after purchasing the vehicle Joanne contacted me to see how I was liking the car and helped me to resolve a few matters. I would recommend this dealership to anyone now or in the future. My next vehicle purchase will more than likely be with Boardwalk and if Joanne is still there (she would be my agent of choice). I traveled a good distance to take a look at the car, and despite arriving right around closing time, the team at Boardwalk Acura was more than willing to stay to finalize all the paperwork. Joanne even made the extra effort to stay even later to share her knowledge about the car so I was comfortable before leaving the lot. All in all, Boardwalk Acura and Joanne worked hard to get me the best deal at a great rate that I could find on a car I wanted. I would and will recommend this dealership to people in the future and encourage Boardwalk Acura to keep up the good work! Thanks again! More
What happen when you change a bad manager for a worst one. i was dealing with the previous manager Williamj.Becker trying to get an SUV Acura, here is some of issues that i had with them (boardwalk Ac one. i was dealing with the previous manager Williamj.Becker trying to get an SUV Acura, here is some of issues that i had with them (boardwalk Acura): 1/on the pricing they add so many fees to the OTR (on the road price ), they have inexperienced people as sales rep, they don't know what they doing ( i still have prove of what i'm writing ). 2/ i traveled 2h;30 min to get to the dealership, (be careful the pictures on their website not always what you will see on the reality, specially if you're far from the dealer). they have to take the care inside to fix lights , clean the car ,fix the audio system ). also keep record of your papers and all documentations they have what i call lack of communication between departments. also you have to call them 10 times a day to get one answer ( there is no sense of responsibility)..... after all back and fort , they come with this if the car didn't pass the emission inspection for any reason we're taking care of it (words , be careful again, nothing in writing ) here is the worst manage i had to deal with in entire my life ; because i had a problem i couldn't get the inspection , i had to call Mr. (new "boss", a stressful guy to work with ) he said the manager you were dealing with he's not here anymore , and i don't see any writing for you issue there is nothing i can do WAWW yes ( i still have the voice recorded). to this date i didn't have my registration yet, also the temporary registration was expired almost 4 weeks ago . i will never recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a car . i do have evidance of all what i'm writing ( recorded voice, e-mails i had to send and more ) it was a long stressful story, if you want to know more ,email me, i'll be more than happy to share with you my experience,jamestech26@gmail.com More
I had gone to an Acura dealer north of me,(I live in Barnegat) and they acted like they were doing me a favor and were very high pressure! So I went South to Boardwalk Acura - total opposite! They gave me a great price for my new RDX and for my trade. Boardwalk Acura 'feels' like a mom & pop store - They are so warm and friendly which made buying a car is a very relaxed experience. In reality, they are part of a huge company (Group One) with resources in several states! That power was very useful in finding/obtaining the exact car I wanted in PA! This is my 4th Acura - but my first experience with Boardwalk Acura ... I won't even waste my time going to any other dealer again! More
