Dealer Review I was in need of purchasing a "new to me" used vehicle and had seen a vehicle on Boardwalk Acura's website. I arrived at dealer, and from the time I m I was in need of purchasing a "new to me" used vehicle and had seen a vehicle on Boardwalk Acura's website. I arrived at dealer, and from the time I met the saleswoman, Donna, to the handshake upon completion of the sale of the vehicle, it couldn't have been an easier transaction. I dreaded going car shopping as in the past have had some very unpleasant experiences, so when everything just clicked, I was thrilled! A truly awesome car purchase experience, with thanks to Donna, the Manager, Eric, and the finance manager as well ~ you all made the purchase smooth and I am so happy. More

I was a little nervous of even going to apply for a car (because of my credit) but Hello, My name is Tim Foreman, and I was in need of a new car. I was a little nervous of even going to apply for a car (because of my credit) but I was referred by my mother to go and speak with Donna (who also helped my mom get her current car). As I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted by someone(not sure of his name) I told them I was there to see Donna... She came right over to me, took me to her desk and that's when the magic began.. she began by asking me where did I want my payment to be... from there she took her time showing me different suv's because that's what I originally went there... my credit score was REALLY BAD, but Kerry and Donna did not give up! After tryin many different finanicial institutions one of them finally approved me for a used car loan. That's when Donna started to show me cars that were more in my price range.. We came across a 09 Chevy Malibu and I liked it, took it for a test drive and loved it!!!! But here's the kicker Donna went over and beyond because the insurance I current had was charging me an arm and a leg to add my new car. Not only did Donna suggested a different ins company she went online and set me up with everything with the new ins company and at a way better rate!!! I walked out of the dealership VERY VERY VERY HAPPY, for the fact that a lot of dealerships did not give me a chance because of my credit BUT BOARDWALK ACURA DID!!! AND FOR THAT I WOULD LIKE TO THANK DONNA POLETTI AND HER BOSS KERRY AND THE WHOLE BOARDWALK ACURA TEAM FOR THERE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND FOR GIVING ME A SECOND CHANCE INSPITE OF MY CREDIT!!!!!! More

About a year ago I found the car I was looking for online and immediately called in to find out when I could take a look at it, I scheduled a time and when I got to th dealer I met with Bill Shoemaker, he wa and immediately called in to find out when I could take a look at it, I scheduled a time and when I got to th dealer I met with Bill Shoemaker, he was friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had. I took the car I was looking at which was a 2007 Honda Civic Si out for a test drive and Bill made it a lengthy drive so I could get a feel for the car. After the drive, we sat and talked pricing, and I got it for a great deal and the price I wanted. My experience was so good there in fact that just yesterday I called Bill again and set up another appointment to look at a car for my fiance since her car had some major issues, again, Bill got me well taken car of and as of last night my fiance found a used car, a 2008 Honda Civic Si that was perfect. I will continue going to Boardwalk Acura, and Bill for all my car purchases, he always makes it simple, is always pleasant and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer and Bill for new or used car purchases. More
