Warranty on 2016 VW I took my 2016 VW in to have the panoramic roof looked at and was told it wouldn't be covered under warranty because it "looked like" I used something I took my 2016 VW in to have the panoramic roof looked at and was told it wouldn't be covered under warranty because it "looked like" I used something to pry open the roof! Seriously I thought they were messing with me ... I let the service writer know that I went to go open the roof as I've always done and it made a loud popping noise and wouldn't work there after so then he advised me that they would not be fixing because of something that I did.....He insisted that they would not fix it and if I wanted to that I could contact VW and see if they wanted to help. Kerry service get your act together! More
