After an unexpected engine issue happened on the highway, I had my car towed to Joseph VW on a Sunday afternoon. Betty Jean talked me through what to expect on the phone and then helped me with the drop off when we arrived. The shop was extra busy on Monday because of power outages the week before and some short staffing, so I didn't find out what was happening with my car until Tuesday when I got a call that my car was ready and the work was covered by warranty. I so appreciated the tailored care for my special car! When I came to pick it up, Reggie walked me out to the car and thanked me for trusting them with my continued business.
