Excellent Service. Problem was with Lojack part in car which had to be replaced and reset. It was complicated and took multiple calls to company to get it setup on our phones. As I walked into their show room to get info on a car I saw in their lot. The salesman Who greeted me was top notch. Then throughout our experience of buying this car we met the managers, service dept and saw in their lot. The salesman Who greeted me was top notch. When dealing with an issue with vehicle after purchase, management was disrespectful. Cutting me off on Phone, disagreeing with very logical issues, raising their voices.. They ended up agreeing to pay $100 of a $500 windshield which we found after purchase, was damaged at purchase, but the repair had failed. (We went to fix on own and safelite said repair was old (unable to be repaired again) prior to going to dealer). I thought a reputable dealer would have done more for a customer who paid their full asking price on a $22,000 car... which was defective, not to our knowledge. They also couldn't provide a second key fob for car, but said we could get a new one for $70 after. We ended up paying 300. Not very much went well with Kenosha Nissan, unfortunately. More
