I like how they set you up with a specific person that you can call or text message while your car is there being worked on. They listen to all my concerns and had me drive with the mechanic so I could po you can call or text message while your car is there being worked on. My visit started out good. The salesman wasn't too pushy and seemed like a nice guy. But things changed after I decided to purchase the car I test drove. My license plates were switched out for news ones wh and seemed like a nice guy. But things changed after I decided to purchase the car I test drove. My license plates were switched out for news ones which I don't remember asking to be done. I discovered last minute that one of the floor mats was missing because it was thrown out by the previous owner. Then several days later I noticed some damage on the car, but was told it was too late and they wouldn't do anything about it. I guess I should have checked the car closer that night, but it was dark out and I guess I trusted them too much. So I ended up taking it to a different dealership to be fixed and realized that the new tires were a cheap tire and wouldn't have lasted long. I also discovered that one of my tires was missing the cap for the stem which the other place happily replaced. I am now just happy to have a car that doesn't have issues any longer. More
Lillian Juarez, my service advisor, is the best! She went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience, including providing shuttle service to and from my home. The porter who drove me, Jacob, went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience, including providing shuttle service to and from my home.
