People in shop were friendly. But I don't feel this was the right place to bring an older Nissan (my son's, 105k miles). Questionable estimate - 15% less than the final price (pretax) and the estimate documentation was changed from initial paperwork to final receipt. Came in with check engine light on and was pitched a list of $8,500 worth of work - though I appreciate the "complimentary inspection." The problem clearly explained (fuel pump) as needed for the check engine light was different than what was performed (two sensors), and the explanation was incomplete/questionable (lower tank to access). $1,300 to replace two sensors and a work process that didn't match what is predominantly explained in on-line forums. So it just didn't feel consistent, but perhaps it was all legit. Won't go back with this car - to old to justify the prices that come with confidence of having Nissan techs working on the car. More

Hello, I believe I responded fairly and concisely. I did not completely discount the overall service as my ratings of 4 stars in some areas should indicate. In the end I feel the key factors influencing the final price were not well communicated, which lead to a bit of a trust issue that would influence whether I would return or not (not likely at this point for an older vehicle). I have no other requests or expectations around this visit. The work is done and paid for. If there is a desire to communicate further, your service manager has my contact info (he previously reached out). As a final note, the brake job I was quoted $2,500 for at your shop was completed for $625 from a local garage, albiet without a Nissan certified tech doing the work. But again, I genuinely appreciate the information provided in the inspection.
