Brought in my 2017 Cadillac Escalade for AC service was billed $300 and was told it needed a new hose that wouldn't be covered under the extended warranty that I bought when I purchased the vehicle from th billed $300 and was told it needed a new hose that wouldn't be covered under the extended warranty that I bought when I purchased the vehicle from them and couldn't get the part for 6 weeks maybe longer. I took it to another dealer Lynch Superstore Burlington and they determined that it was the condenser leaking and that it was covered under GM recall didn't even need to use my warranty. More

It takes too long for an oil change and car wash. 1.5 hours this time, 2 hours the last time. I will only work with Ken in service at this point. I had a seat issue start right after I had my car in. The auto adjust function started to screech right after I had my car in. No idea if it was due to something that happened while the car was there or not. More
Ken is very friendly and makes you feel welcome to be there. I always have a good experience and even through I just came in for an oil change. I went ahead and got them done since I was there and was very please that I did not have to scheduled another appointment just ti have them done. I am so glad Ken is the 1st person to see when arriving it makes getting the final bill a little easier to swallow. More
