Worst communication skills I’ve ever dealt with through an auto mechanic. Firstly, there was a huge coolant leak I found just 2 days after purchase. Acted as if they were doing a favor by waiving the $160 an auto mechanic. Firstly, there was a huge coolant leak I found just 2 days after purchase. Acted as if they were doing a favor by waiving the $160 fee. Couldn’t get me in for 6 days. I had a text message confirmation of appointment, upon arrival couldn’t find me in the system. No apologies. Had my car for two days for a coolant leak. I dipped my car off at 10am, I received a call at 6:45pm saying they are keeping my car. No update, no asking if it was ok, no offering a rental. I had to call back the following day at 6pm for an update, they needed the car again for the night, again no update. Unacceptable communication and timeliness. I would never return or refer anyone here. More
