Not a good experience I arranged to pick up my car and when I arrived I was told it wasn’t actually a certified car and it would cost me an additional $2,000 or I could buy I arranged to pick up my car and when I arrived I was told it wasn’t actually a certified car and it would cost me an additional $2,000 or I could buy a bumper to bumper plan cheaper. This was advertised as a certified pre-owned car. After I said I would not be paying for something that I was misquoted because it was not my mistake, they sent in a manager that explained that it was indeed a mistake and they would get the car certified at their expense. By the way, I feel they tried to get me to pay for it because I am a woman and came in alone to buy a car. I’m glad I’m an educated woman and didn’t fall for their tactic as it was extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I did end up with a certified car at the original price agreed on. More
