The told me they found what the problem was. One was a CO2 alarm that goes off when the RV battery gets depleted, second was a problem with the tire pressure sensing monitors system. They told me that the CO2 would stop beeping when the battery charged up, I told them that it would still go off every time I started up the van even if it had been fully charged the night before. No solution to that problem, then they sent it over to RV where they figured out the TPMS beep, but said they couldn't figure out how to fix it without the manual, which is available online. I told them to call Sportsmobile for assistance, who are great to work with. I got a call that it was done and ready to go, but they had fixed neither problem. For all this I got charged $251.94. They couldn't be bothered to look up the manual or call Sportsmobile. It seemed that my vehicle was an inconvenience and was not worth their efforts. They also charge $30.00 per day if you don't come get your vehicle right away. I was considering purchasing an F350 diesel to replace the van when I sell it, not gonna happen at Bozeman Ford. More

Well, I was desperate! I had 2 leased vehicles, but only for a few months with barely 1,000 miles on each. We had a family emergency that required that a trade for a vehicle I had 2 leased vehicles, but only for a few months with barely 1,000 miles on each. We had a family emergency that required that a trade for a vehicle that could pull a small trailer. After many visits, much conversation, and involving the General Manager, we were finally able to get the needed vehicle. Unfortunately, we ended up with monthly payments that were MORE than 2 previous payments combined. I understand that I was upside down on the lease end, but even with $5,000 down, you think you'd pay less, especially on a $32,000 (msrp) Escape! But desperation had it's day and we did get down the road. Sales person was personable, but let the manager work the sale. More

I was several thousa My daughter purchased a used vehicle from Bozeman Ford Dec. 2014. Our sales associates were Brenda Solberg and Mark Mckernan. I was several thousand miles away and was unable to deal face to face with the dealership. Both these associates, treated our young adult like there own. They really cared about making sure that she was going to be safe and happy with the new purchase. This was a huge load taken off by shoulders. Everything work out better than I could ever expect. It was a pleasure talking and dealing with these two professional and caring Montanans. A very happy Mom and Dad. More

We notified the sales associate that we would stop in the following morning, as my husband would be leaving for his job. When we arrived two associates were sitting at a desk with there feet on the desk chatting and a lil' dog sitting on the desk ( later found out dog's name was Molly) There were Three associates standing at another information type desk chatting, after waiting 20 minutes said excuse us, they looked....No reply! Then a camper associate came in about 10 minutes later and asked if we had been helped. He then directed us to another guy who was sitting at his desk just eating! He acted uninterested in helping us......after over an hour of waiting......we walked around camper lot with another associate, while they tried to figure out getting the van, the camper associate talked about another employees teen sneeking out of the house, being kicked out of MOTEL6 with his sons, and drinking beer (Extremely inappropriate in our opinion) Went back NO PROGRESS, associate was very arrogant and rude.......stated he would contact us later with info and price, yet to hear from them!! Went to another dealership and have decided to purchase a NISSAN!! Bozeman Ford's LOSS!!! ( and we get Ford friends and family discount) More
Happy Customer! I'll be honest, in the past I had service experiences at this dealership that were less than spectacular. Call me persistent though, or just stubborn I'll be honest, in the past I had service experiences at this dealership that were less than spectacular. Call me persistent though, or just stubborn, I kept coming back and kept raising my concerns with folks and I'm pleased to say they've been heard and addressed. Kudos to Lynn Rogers and her service staff -- I had both our 2012 Ford F-250 and our 2005 Mustang GT serviced in the last two weeks and the service was top-notch. I was able to get in and out efficiently and staff was super friendly, professional, and attentive to my concerns. Thanks Bozeman Ford for making this die-hard Ford customer happy! More
