I noticed there were a couple of minor scratches and brought it to his attention soon after we brought our vehicle home. It was too cold at that time to touch up the paint, so we had to wait a few months. When I had gotten a hold of Ron again to make the appointment, he was incredibly helpful getting me in as soon as he could, providing transportation while the work was being done, and overall just offering wonderful customer care. I would highly recommend seeing Ron Parsons for any of your sales or service needs at Bozeman Ford. More
Ordering a 2019 Ranger and buying it from bozeman Ford I would have to say that all things considered I am satisfied with my ordering and buying experience at Bozeman Ford. This is the second Ranger I've purchased from this dealership in the last 25 years and both vehicles lived up to my expectations. I ordered a 2019 Ranger on March 30, 2019 and it was delivered June 5th; 67 days later. I had been told by the salesman on the day I ordered my truck that I could expect delivery "somewhere between the end of May and the first of June". He was correct. In retrospect the 67-day wait period would have been easier if I had received periodic updates ("we've ordered your truck from Ford", "they've started assembling your truck in Michigan today", "your truck is on it's way to Montana and should be delivered to the dealership the week of ________" , or something of that nature. Having some sense of where the buying process was at at any one time would have made planning our activities, visits and out-of-town travel a little easier over that two month period, especially as we got closer and closer to "the due date". We were hesitant to leave town or home sometimes thinking we'd get the call that the truck was in and that we needed to get cracking on our financing for the truck. I guess we could have called our salesman and bugged him about the delivery (more than we did) but figured when it arrived, he'd phone us and he did...eventually. My wife and I have visited the showroom three times in the last year. With every visit we were treated courteously by everyone we encountered. However, last summer when I visited the service center to seek some advice on getting a repair problem fixed on my 2011 Ranger, the Service Manager in so many words told me to seek out another Ford dealership for the repairs as she and her shop were far too busy to take on another repair job and just walked off. Bad day? Maybe. But it didn't strike me as much of a reward for driving Ford products most of my 75 years! But all-in-all, I'm satisfied with my purchase experience. Not happy (I would have liked a higher trade-in value for my old Ranger, but who doesn't think that way), but I'm satisfied. Now we'll see how the service experience goes...dt More
Getting better I tried to get my F-150 Raptor serviced in the summer and couldn’t get a return phone call and so I just went to the service center. THIS TIME, however, was a much different experience. An actual human answered the phone and I got return phone calls. Very friendly, professional and helpful when I arrived. They definitely seem to be working on their past issues. More
Poor Mechanic Work They are most defiantly the type of place to try and do as much unnecessary work on your vehicle as possible to make money. Also, I had them change my oil and they stripped my threads on the plug so it took 2 sets of arms to get it out because it was WAY to tight, then had to go buy a new one. More

Horrible Service I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. They don’t answer their phones, goes to voicemail and then when you do get a call back hours I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. They don’t answer their phones, goes to voicemail and then when you do get a call back hours later you are told they are closed at noon...on saturday...not a holiday. Parts folks are rude, withholding information and the prices are high. Seriously, go to Napa, Oreillys, Auto Zone or get some other brand of vehicle. Don’t waste your time on this particular dealership—especially parts and service. Should go out of business so a real Ford dealership could move in. Horrible-Horrible team lacking management and any idea what customer service is. More

After two months it failed and they charged me full price for parts and labor once again to replace it. That one is now bad too and they will not return my call. The receptionist refused to let me speak to a manager. They don’t seem to care at all about treating customers horribly. I know many others who have been cheated by Bozeman Ford as well. More
I will never buy another Ford because of this dealer I wish I could give them zero stars! This dealership is horrible. I purchased an Escape from them and have had nothing but nasty dirty experiences. First, the used car had no owners manual - the salesman told me to come back when they had a used one in stock and he would take that one out and give it to me. Next, it had no antenna mast - same story, come back and we will take one off another vehicle. Then, I couldn't use the key pad for entry - the code is printed in the missing owners manual. The salesman told me too bad, I would have to pay service to reset the code. Thankfully, the service manager was embarrassed that the sales crew would try to pull such a stunt and did the reset for no charge (this was my only good service experience ever). Service is horrible. First, it is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone. When they do you cannot trust anything they say. I have had multiple instances of them failing to meet promised dealines. One time my vehicle was supposed to be done on a Friday but they didn't finish. I came in on Saturday to get something from inside the vehicle and they could not find it! It took them almost an hour just to figure out where they had put the vehicle. I tried to call for an appointment for an oil change. They said no appointments taken ever. They said come in first thing and we will get you right in. I was there within 15 minutes of opening and was told I had to leave the car and it would be three to four hours wait. I asked if I could leave and come back in a couple of hours. They said no I had to leave the car for the full time (this is at their express oil change lane). I told them that they told me to come in early and they would get right on it. They replied that they had way too many reservations in front of me. Although there were only two people waiting they somehow had three hours of people in fron of me. Wrong on all accounts. I will never but a Ford vehicle again because my only dealer option is Bozeman Ford. I cannot begin to tell you how many horrible experiences I have had with them More

I truly have to question if the oil was really changed. They treat you as though you know nothing about the vehicle. I emailed my concerns to the service manager, only to be ignored. This is the worse Ford dealership I have ever dealt with. More
