The service took way longer than I was told it would take. While my vehicle was in their possession they got a screw stuck in the tire. They said the screw must’ve been there however my truck inspection take. While my vehicle was in their possession they got a screw stuck in the tire. They said the screw must’ve been there however my truck inspection report did not indicate anything wrong with my tires and when they brought me back my vehicle the screw was brand new which was obvious it had just happened. Multiple calls later to the dealer they refuse to provide a solution for their mistake they offered to sell me a new tire. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life.
