Great service just took a while for someone to approach me. Paula finished up with a customer and approached me to see if I had been helped; there was at least two other gentleman that seemed to be to busy me. Paula finished up with a customer and approached me to see if I had been helped; there was at least two other gentleman that seemed to be to busy on their cellphones to notice I had been standing there with my daughter for about 5-10 minutes. Paula was great. She was truly a charming and genuine individual. She was very attentive and quick to apologize for the delay in service. 4 hours to do a simple oil change is ridiculous. I requested to rotate the tires and they didn’t. I needed other things to be checked and they said they don’t have mechanics and I would have to make a requested to rotate the tires and they didn’t.
