First oil change and first time at the dealer, showed up to express lane, no one to direct me what to do or go, parked to the side and walked in, went to the desk where I assume one would pay for service an to express lane, no one to direct me what to do or go, parked to the side and walked in, went to the desk where I assume one would pay for service and lady talked to me like she didnt feel like working that day, said she wasnt sure they would be able to help me that day since they were about to close (it was 5:30pm service closes at 7pm) then she told me it would take 1 hour and a half to get an oil change trying to make me come back another day and I still decided to stay. Porter walked by on his phone pointing at my jeep and signaling to move it but not saying anything which is very unprofessional. Only good thing was the service advisor who kept me informed and confirmed it wouldnt take 1 hour and 30 mins for an oil change. Poor experience overall, typical dealer treatment. More
