Unfortunately it was bad. It took more than 3 days to diagnose the problem. Price was too expensive (battery charged double of the price compared to other stores); Service It took more than 3 days to diagnose the problem. Price was too expensive (battery charged double of the price compared to other stores); Service also unacceptable charged 200 dólares to change the battery only, At last, Mr Felipe did not told or explained the additional 61 dollars charged as whatever description for the service. Well after bringing my car in several times for the check engine light the end result was that they cant find anything wrong with it and I will just have to live with it. Must be a glitch in the light. Reall engine light the end result was that they cant find anything wrong with it and I will just have to live with it. Must be a glitch in the light. Really?????? When I first got the car I had a radio problem and was told the same thing so I lived with that for years. This is totally unacceptable. Also I would leave several messages and no one would ever call me back. I would always have to go in person to even find out the status once they had the car in the shop. I was so tired of dealing with your service dept that I sold the car and went and bought a chevy. My service person was always so accommodating and polite when you bring it in and thats as far as it went. More
