You are using a paint shop that is not FCA approved. When they mess up and get caught then they lie to customers in hopes of not being responsible for their mistakes My vehicle spent almost 3 months When they mess up and get caught then they lie to customers in hopes of not being responsible for their mistakes My vehicle spent almost 3 months at the shop for a simple corrosion repair under warranty. I was extremely patient and understanding with the dealership and at the end they ended up switching their stance and would not provide me with a rental vehicle beyond a limited amount of days while they kept my vehicle due to their own delays and mistakes. Furthermore, your employee (Felipe Francisco) needs to remember that he is an employee and representative of the brand, and.as such he needs to learn how to control his temper and attitude towards customers. I did write a long email to the owner of the dealership to expose him to my “experience”, but either I was given the wrong email or he simply does not give a rats xxx about customers because I never heard from him. Perhaps this review will get to him and perhaps not, what is certain is that I will NEVER ser foot onto that dealership. More
