The customer service is terrible amd even complaint to the GM is pointless. I bought my Jeep 2 years ago and any time I have brought it in has been a nightmare. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for today only to be told I'll need to get a rental because they won't even look at it for 3-5 days. My service tech Jonathan tried to convince me that my appointment was only for his consultation. If so why couldn't you do that on the phone. I told him to call me when my spot on the lift was available. I was recently in an accident and the original repair shop didn't do everything so I was forced to running it here. Otherwise I would never. Reading other reviews I see my experience is not an only me problem. Stay away. You have been warned. More
