My experience every time I walk in the door is poor. Parking lot is poorly configured for customers. There is no flow, no assembly line like other dealerships, usually only one person on hand to greet y Parking lot is poorly configured for customers. There is no flow, no assembly line like other dealerships, usually only one person on hand to greet you ONLY AFTER you've gotten out of your vehicle and gone looking for someone for several minutes watching employees run around frantically. Signage is poor. People don't know if they should sit in their car, get our of their car, wait by the door or whether they should go inside to find their service rep. People rushing around, no one asks you what you need or if you've been helped. Complete chaos and it is very disappointing considering the volume of cars coming through for service daily and what I paid for my vehicle. And let's not talk about how many service related repairs can only be done for a limited number of hours per day so you are forced to take time off from work to bring your car in during morning hours bc the majority of the day, mechanics can only do oil changes and rotate your tires. People are frustrated and don't want to be there, employees included. Too much growth, not enough people and resources to run a smooth operation. My honest opinion, making a margin is more important than customer service. After two Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland's, I think this is the last Jeep for me. If I'm going to pay for a nice car, I expect white glove service. My only positive comment relates to the attention I received from my service person, Eyelin. She was lovely on and top of her game.
