I made an appointment for Monday the 28th of October for service. The car wasn’t even looked at until Thursday. It wasn’t ready on Thursday 14th of November. I had to pay a rental for 3 weeks out of pocket service. The car wasn’t even looked at until Thursday. It wasn’t ready on Thursday 14th of November. I had to pay a rental for 3 weeks out of pocket over $700. When I picked it up and was on my way to work the drive belt broke and pulley assembly failed and I had to get towed back to the dealership ($200 more) and the car had to have more repairs and was not ready till Friday afternoon but I had already had to Uber to work ($60 more). And I was able to pick the car up Saturday morning. Total time without my car 20 days … total money spent $960, days missed from work 2. It’s frustrating that I made an appointment for a Monday and my car was not looked at until Thursday and it more than. 2 weeks to get it back after that. And when I picked the car up it was filthy, muddy footprints in the passenger and driver floor, car was very dusty, George was great and did everything he could to keep me informed but the delays were beyond any reasonable timeframe and the dealership wasn’t willing to work with me on a rental or loaner considering the extended timeframe. Just frustrated. More
