The salesperson was just awesome. Unfortunately, they have not paid off my trade. It has been 28 days since I made the purchase. I have contacted the dealership several times, but all I hear is that "the have not paid off my trade. It has been 28 days since I made the purchase. I have contacted the dealership several times, but all I hear is that "the check has been mailed". My bank has not received it. Meanwhile, I am making two car payments per month, but I only have one vehicle and my credit score has been affected by this. Per Florida State Statute, they have 10 days to pay off my trade. Stay away! More

My truck went in for recalls took a whole month and didn't think anything of it but lights were still on for airbag a pillar was ripped off that had nothing to do with the recalls tried to get in conta didn't think anything of it but lights were still on for airbag a pillar was ripped off that had nothing to do with the recalls tried to get in contact with the service advisor and message after message never there or called back until his boss contacted me for a review sad part was that I I had lifters starting to make a light ticking sound and asked for estimates multiple times and he didn't care to do it so decided to use another mechanic which upon tear down of the engine showed me the truck had the residue and stains of a head fix liquid also knone as blue devil which is a temporary head fix ! Now the whole month for recall and the no call backs made sence cause they over heated my truck while in there possession. 50k mile truck over heated makes no sense and 2 no service adviser turns down a $2500 dollar lifter job specifically when he told me that price verbally and I asked him multiple times put it on paper and let's get it done! Never again! More
