In less than a week Of having my new truck I’ve been back to the dealership twice for three different reasons, 1 truck turned off after picking up my kids from school and also stalling It happened ones aga to the dealership twice for three different reasons, 1 truck turned off after picking up my kids from school and also stalling It happened ones again yesterday 5/21 2 the coolant container lit was left loose and there’s a good amount of the liquid all over engine of my brand new truck, 3 on my side front fender has a open gap is not set right it was assembled wrong and now they said to bring back to leave my brand new truck in service for a few days so they can solve the issue. I was also told about my sale representative about a new Uconnect feature on my truck that my truck is not even equipped with it. I think a customers needs to be provided with a better and more clear information about the vehicle that’s in process of being purchased by sowing them and guide them through the whole process set up and that what is offered to customers is not a bunch of lies to make sale. very disappointed customer I’m.
