I emailed him all day yesterday and this morning where I spoke to him right before I got on the road and told them I was on the way so I drove all the way from Orlando 3 1/2 drive after work for them to tell me the Jeep was sold this morning. Howard Wollaston was a life saver. He placed me in the same car different color also more features ( which was a plus) I am so grateful for Howard he knew I came all the way from Orlando to purchase a car from them and helped me out. If you go by KENDALL make sure to ask for Howard Wollaston thee best !! More

Also the seller wasnt very clear about no power doors I never even held the key until i was already signed No power locks and no way to unlock back doors from outside is a total pain the the rear end A week into the car and the radio and subwoofers blow and the service center said it is a normal thing when manufacture updates the radio.... if its common thing then why not prevent it before you sell me the car?!?!?!? Annoyinggg and unprofessional i would never sell something i knew was going to break in a week or first update if i could take it all back and not buy this car i would but i cant without getting penalized majorly Great thank you Kendall dodge for making me feel like a chump More

I would never shop at this dealership again. The sales person just care about their bonus, not the customer needs. I tested drive a 4 cilynder dodge journey that had a bluetooth, when I went to purchase I person just care about their bonus, not the customer needs. I tested drive a 4 cilynder dodge journey that had a bluetooth, when I went to purchase I decided to go with the same car with a 6 cilynder one. My salesperson knew my lifestyle that I traveled a lot. I put my trust in him and he didn't let me know that the 6 cilynder, which cost more money didn't come with bluetooth. After we sign all paperwork and went home, I noticed it didn't have a bluetooth. By then it was to late to do anything about it. I called him and he hasn't done anything to help me even if I have to pay extra. More
Terrible sales experience, Started research online in December. Employee pricing did not extend to ordered vehicles, 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie with Eco diesel. Waited until New Y Started research online in December. Employee pricing did not extend to ordered vehicles, 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie with Eco diesel. Waited until New Year. Went to Dealer to build and order the Ram Truck. Sales Manager said they needed 5% deposit but could not guarantee vehicle sales price. Who in their mind would give an up front deposit of 5% on a vehicle without knowing the sales price, after incentives and dealer discounts. So I offered a token $200 deposit. The sales manager wanted a 5% deposit because then they would have the hooks into me, regardless of price. Bottom line, this dealership did not want to earn my business. More

The tire pressure system stop running after they reset the computer , the answer was used the car until star to work again , after 4 days I still waiting , they deny any responsibility. No respect for the customer. More
