The worst service ever: I brought my car in for a wheel stabilization issue (the car felt like bouncing at slow speeds). I took it to the Goodyear dealer, where they told me that the tires were way off balance!! So they fixed the issue at no charge for me. The car has been driving well since then. I now demand a Client relation Manager from your Kendall Jeep dealer to reach out to me asap and refund me for the undone job as at this moment I feel to have been ripped off. So bad, unprofessional and unacceptable experience. More
