Christian was very professional and helped me with everything fast. The only problem was the price for the parts and the labor, I think is too expensive, in top of that in the shop they mounted the bu everything fast. The only problem was the price for the parts and the labor, I think is too expensive, in top of that in the shop they mounted the bumper wrong, I had to leave the car another day so they could mount the bumper properly. They didnt want to do it at the beginning, the mechanic was telling lies about my bumper to cover his mistake, I had to explain to Cristian that my bumper was fine, and the mechanic was lying. Everything was solved at the end, but I didnt like the issue with the mechanic, I paid a high price for the labor and expected an honest work. So, resuming: Christian. 5 stars Mechanic: 0 More

Sales: sorry, cannot put zero stars. Typical sharks, and obviously that bunch of people raving about them contain that bunch of suckers who get robbed blind without ever realizing it!! Saw a Jeep Wrangler o obviously that bunch of people raving about them contain that bunch of suckers who get robbed blind without ever realizing it!! Saw a Jeep Wrangler on the Jeep site, "in transit" to that dealership. Call there: fast answer, "I do not see that vehicle". Get a call later from "Matthew": "Yes, we actually have it, it is coming". When I asked if they went by MSRP, as on the Jeep site, answer was "yes, sure"....Until I asked about the real price. First, +$3000 of "dealership addition", "since inventory is low", and getting punished because I did not need financing. Because I could buy fifty of their Jeeps without help from banks, I have to pay a premium (kickbacks from financing companies to them). I was actually ready to deal with that, since cars are kind of like the stock market - good and bad times to buy. Then I notice a bunch of extra fees, including a "package" for $1400, basically engraving your car and putting some kind of GPS tracker into it. A KNOWN SCAM used by SOME dealerships. E-mail to "Matthew" about it: no answer. New call from someone else at the garage, "did we answer all your questions?", I explained the situation. "Matthew" eventually calls back, OF COURSE he had not seen my email asking for explanations about it. I explained to him that this "option", not installed yet since vehicle was in transit, was 100% undesired and I did not want it. He then started telling me that the GPS unit could be removed, but he absolutely could not remove the rest (some engravings for $700) for all kinds of lame reasons. I pointed out to him that this was a known dishonest dealership gimmick, and would unfortunately have to look somewhere else...And he hung up on me. Pathetic salesman. A shame for the profession. I understand that dealers are independent right now and do not care about individuals anymore, but things will turn around....Inflated price tag, punishment for cash payers, bogus "package" additions, WAKE UP PEOPLE, STOP GETTING ABUSED. A dealer spitting on the occasion to sell a car even before it is received, for a premium, is simply moronic. More
