I am pleased that the reason we dropped the car off has been addressed. However, in order to repair my vehicle the entire dash had to be removed. When I received my car back, the soft vinyl had dents in it been addressed. However, in order to repair my vehicle the entire dash had to be removed. When I received my car back, the soft vinyl had dents in it. I guess from trying to pry the radio out. Also a plastics lip in the middle console wasn’t completely clipped in. Lastly, there were fingerprints all over the inside of windshield and what looks like a couple of scratches on the plastic that meets the windshield. I understand what a big job it was to remove the dash. I just wish I could’ve had my car returned with less evidence of it being worked on. More
