Was pleased that the dealership honored my drivetrain warranty. Also performed other routine service. Original service advisor stated car would take 3 days to complete. Finally received car after 6 days. warranty. Also performed other routine service. Original service advisor stated car would take 3 days to complete. Finally received car after 6 days. No updates were sent to me as to the delay. Only when car was completed did I receive a call. Also, it was extremely difficult trying to contact anyone regarding the progress of this my service. Tried chats, voicemails, service department, etc. never able to get through plus never received a callback from messages left. Initially went in for express service, new repairs discovered after 15 point inspection, therefore, car was left for continued repair. More
