My wife was not sure of the color she wanted, so Andrew let us walk up and down the rows of jeeps, until she fell in love with silver. She then went home, leaving me to do the heavy lifting - just had to come home with a silver one. Andrew and I inspected the new Jeep, top to bottom, went for a test drive, took a look at my trade vehicle, and we pleasantly negotiated a price that both of us could live with. During all this, Andrew was continuously pleasant to work with, and I came home with the silver jeep at a great price - and made a new friend. This is the second Jeep I have purchased from these folks - both Jeeps are excellent, as well as the prices, and buying experiences. The finance manager, Wilfredo Rodriguez was a real nice guy. As I my payment of cash plus trade was worked out while I was talking with Andrew, Wilfredo walked me through the paperwork - and patiently answered all my questions. More

customer service is awful!!! scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2016 Sahara. The recall says it takes around two hours to complete. when i got there Carlos (service rep) scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2016 Sahara. The recall says it takes around two hours to complete. when i got there Carlos (service rep) tells me that it will take two hours once it gets to the mechanic but that they are so backed up and he can not give me a time frame on when my vehicle can be ready for pick up. I asked him if he had a loaner program and he said no. It felt like he was doing me a favor by being there. Did not offer me any alternatives just very poor customer service neither did Tony (MANAGER) I called Dadeland Jeep and was given a 3 hour time frame and given a rental. don't waste your time with them.
