Poor service. I took my car there at 11:30 AM, I was told I was going to get a text message, I never did, I called several times, no one was available. I needed I took my car there at 11:30 AM, I was told I was going to get a text message, I never did, I called several times, no one was available. I needed an oil change, I had a flat tire and the changing lines censor is not working, they did not check the sensor because the information entered was wrong. It was entered as " check fog lights". After waiting for so long I decided to go there at 5:45 PM, no one was able to tell me what was done to the car, they told me I had to make another appointment. Carlos Lescano was the only Professional, friendly person there. When I take my car to the Doral Dealer, the service is different. You guys should be retrained, the customer service is not only arrogant but very poor. Thanks More

Once again the mechanics lost some screws to my custom wheels. This would be the third time they return my vehicle with missing screws. Last time the service manager replaced it with a screw that was a co wheels. This would be the third time they return my vehicle with missing screws. Last time the service manager replaced it with a screw that was a completely different color than the wheels. I’m tired of this. This time they said they ordered the stock screws but I still have not heard from them. It was supposed to be in last week. Who knows. I find it incredibly unprofessional that to get a hold of someone I have to physically go there to talk to someone. More
