Danette Gossett danette@GossettMktg.com 305-978-6519 They dismissed my car's issue due to its age. Said they couldn't connect the diagnostic because their computer couldn't connect to my vehicle. Dixie Auto said it had nothing to do with a connection problem, it was the main chip. Replacement part was $250.00. Took Kendall 2 1/2 weeks to access my car. Dixie Auto - 2 days. Spoke to the Service Manager at Jeep dealer three times the morning my car was to be towed to Dixie Auto. Said they'd be there at 1pm. Tow truck arrived and he was at lunch. No one would help the tow truck driver. I tried to reach others, no one answered the phone. I had to drive to the dealership, find the manager - no one knew where my jeep was parked or where the keys were. When we did find it, the dealer people walked away. Left the tow truck driver by himself to push my jeep down a row to a position that his truck could reach. No one cared about him or me. I bought my other car at this dealer. I am sorry I ever gave them any of my business. They obviously don't care.
