My car sat in the lot for 9 business days before it was brought in to the bay to start diagnosing, and 3 more days to get the results, for total of 18 calendar days for witch I had to pay for a rental car. brought in to the bay to start diagnosing, and 3 more days to get the results, for total of 18 calendar days for witch I had to pay for a rental car. For people like me who only have one car there needs to be a better way to bring a car in so it is not sitting in the lot when I can be driving it until the day before mechanic is ready to look at it. Horrible Experience! Car went in for a 6 hour repair and spent over a month waiting. Then I had the car for a warranty paint problem and that took another 2 months. When Car went in for a 6 hour repair and spent over a month waiting. Then I had the car for a warranty paint problem and that took another 2 months. When car arrived back, my car had white paint on the black leather interior, scratches on my window tint, scratched on the body. Car came out with more damage than good. $4,000 and this is what I got. I had to argue with pricing because the parts were cheaper from the mopar manufacturer. Pathetic and horrible experience. Never again!!! More
