The experience has vastly improved since I've been coming to KDCJR. The past two times I've been in for service have been really great. Immediately I was greeted by Paula with a warm and friendly good mornin to KDCJR. The past two times I've been in for service have been really great. Immediately I was greeted by Paula with a warm and friendly good morning. She recognized me from previous visits over the years and she made sure I felt welcomed. Then when I met with Christian he listened to my concerns about the vehicle. He had all the vehicle information at his finger tips and made some suggestions and recommendations. He was clear about how long the service might take and made sure I was set up in a rental car. He gave me his personal contact information and gave me updates about the service. When I came back to pick up the car he saw me and made sure my car was pulled up and that I was checked out in a timely fashion. I can tell that there is an effort to improve customer service and it shows. More

after 14 days at the dealership i had not received a call form anyone at the dealership.I went to the dealership and spoke to MIGUEL service manager, and he said i would receive a call form him or the servic form anyone at the dealership.I went to the dealership and spoke to MIGUEL service manager, and he said i would receive a call form him or the service writer that same day and that didn't happen.After 20 day i showed up and my car is ready and i never received a call from anyone..
