They are patient, and want to help--even if that means getting home around midnight the night before Easter to get an out-of-town teacher into a great car for a great price. My first time financing a vehicle was an amazing experience here, and I highly recommend Kendall. Marc Chapman helped me get an incredible deal on my 2014 Honda Accord EX-L (with only 30k miles!), and made the entire process a comforting and exciting experience. I purchased my vehicle on March 31st, 2018, and arrived around 30 minutes before closing, the night before Easter Sunday. I am from Jacksonville, FL, and I originally drove to Fort Myers with the intention of purchasing a Honda Accord there that I had negotiated a deal with over the phone. When I got to Fort Myers, the car reeked of smoke (even though I had specifically asked about that before driving five hours and was assured it didn't smell of smoke), so I had to walk away from the deal. Because I was already in South Florida, I then drove across the state to Miami after negotiating a new deal on the phone with Marc at Kendall. I arrived right before closing, and when I got there I wasn't sure about the color of the interior of the car. Marc was extremely patient while I deliberated the car, even though it was getting late. I'm not sure I would have been as nice or helpful if I was in Marc's shoes, so I really appreciated him working with me and his professionalism! It was my first "big-girl" car purchase where I would need to finance a car, so I was overthinking everything. I ended up driving away with the vehicle, and I couldn't be more happy. In the end, I am glad the deal in Fort Myers fell through, as frustrating of an experience as it was. I ended up getting an amazing car, at an amazing price, from an amazing team at Kendall. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything! The people at Kendall DCJR are the best, and I appreciate all of their help and patience more than they know! They've set the bar high for the next dealership I purchase a vehicle from if I can't make it back to Miami next time. More
